Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse in Canning Vale, Western Australia.

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually ready for pickup within 48 hours of placing your order.

  • Notification: We will send you an email and SMS notification when your order is ready to collect.

  • Appointment Required: Please note that our warehouse is not staffed at all times. Pickup is by appointment only. Once you receive your "Ready for Pickup" notification, please follow the instructions to schedule a time slot before coming to the warehouse.

  • What to bring: Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.

Local Delivery

We offer a specialized Local Delivery service for customers located within a 50km radius of our Canning Vale warehouse.

  • Delivery Area: Valid only for addresses within 50km of Canning Vale, WA.

  • Cost: Local delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your specific distance from our warehouse.

  • Delivery Timing: We will contact you via text message or email to confirm a delivery window.

Standard Shipping (Domestic & International)

For customers outside our local delivery zone, we offer standard shipping via major courier partners.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your items and your location.

  • Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Potential Service Interruptions

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order due to high volume or postal service problems, we will contact you via email or telephone.
